guidelines (ADAAG), property maintenance code administration and enforcement including
structural observations and inspections for life safety.
I have performed in excess of 10,000 inspections on residential properties during my career.
QUALIFICATIONS
I have eighteen years of experience in both residential and commercial building code administration
and enforcement, including but not limited to building plans examinations, field inspections, home inspections
and specialized systems (i.e. fire sprinkler, fire alarm, mechanical HVAC).
