Intra-Spec Home Inspections & Code Consulting provides licensed, certified, professional inspection services for residential and commercial property buyers/owners in the Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati, & Southeastern Indiana area. My focus is on consumer protection for the property buyer. My comprehensive inspection services include home inspections, construction phase inspections, code consulting and warranty inspections.
My experience & affiliations
With over 18 years of inspection and code administration experience, I can inspect and report on all the major components of the property which you own or are considering purchasing: single-family, multi-family or commercial. I am a certified building code inspector (Ky #2121 Office of Housing, Buildings, and Construction, Frankfort, KY), a Kentucky licensed home inspector HI-2095, a HUD/FHA fee inspector and am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and the Code Administrator's Association of Kentucky (CAAK). All home inspections are perfomed in accordance with the InterNACHI standards of practice.
